These Terms and Conditions govern the SIG SAUER FOXTROT-EDC Flashlight promotion (the “Promotion”) operated by Sig Sauer, Inc., a Delaware Corporation with offices located at 72 Pease Boulevard, Newington, NH (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Under the Promotion, a customer who purchases a qualifying new SIG SAUER firearm (Air guns and Airsoft guns are excluded from this promotion) receives one SIG SAUER FOXTROT-EDC flashlight (the “Flashlight”) free of charge. By registering your firearm purchase on this website and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before you submit your details.
1. The Promotion
The Promotion offers one free Flashlight with each qualifying new SIG SAUER firearm purchased from a participating dealer or distributor in a market where we run the Promotion. The Promotion does not apply to the purchase of any SIG SAUER airsoft or air gun. The firearm must be new and purchased during the Promotion Period, and used or previously owned firearms do not qualify. The Flashlight is a SIG SAUER FOXTROT-EDC model. The specific variant is allocated according to stock availability and is not open to selection. The Flashlight has no cash value and no cash alternative is available. For each qualifying firearm you purchase during the Promotion Period and register on this website by November 14, 2026, you receive one SIG SAUER FOXTROT-EDC flashlight. The Promotion is claimed only once for each firearm. The Promotion is not valid together with other offers unless we state otherwise.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to customers who are legally permitted to purchase and own the qualifying firearm in the country of purchase and who hold a valid firearms license, permit, or authorization required there for the purchase. Employees of the Company and of its affiliated companies are not eligible. Dealers, distributors, and retailers are not eligible to participate as customers. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse participation where these conditions are not met.
3. Qualifying Products, Promotion Period, and Locations
The qualifying products are the SIG SAUER firearm models communicated to distributors in the markets where the Promotion is available. The qualifying models vary by market legal restrictions and availability of products during Promotion period. The Promotion Period runs from September 21, 2026 to October 31, 2026. Purchases made outside the Promotion Period, and products returned after purchase, are not eligible. The Promotion runs in selected EU countries, namely Italy, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Finland, and Austria. You must register your firearm purchase on this website by November 14, 2026. We reserve the right to extend the Promotion Period. The firearm must be purchased in one of the participating countries listed above, and the Promotion applies only in the country shown on your proof of purchase. A purchase in one country does not qualify under the Promotion in another country. We deliver the Flashlight only to an address in the country where you purchased the firearm.
4. Warranty
The Flashlight carries the same warranty as if you had purchased the Flashlight yourself. The applicable warranty terms, including the duration of the warranty and the procedure for making a claim, are the warranty terms in force in the country where you purchased your SIG SAUER firearm. This includes the statutory legal guarantee of conformity available to consumers under European Union law in your country of purchase, together with any commercial warranty offered by SIG SAUER there. Nothing in the Promotion affects your statutory consumer rights. To make a warranty claim, or to review the full warranty terms applicable in your country, contact the SIG SAUER distributor in your country.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
This section explains how we process your personal data in connection with the Promotion, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).
5.1 Who is responsible for your personal data?
SIG SAUER Inc. is the data controller responsible for your personal data. SIG SAUER Inc. is established in the United States and has no establishment in the European Union. Your personal data is processed on our behalf by our external marketing agency in the Czech Republic, which acts as our processor under a written data processing agreement and follows our instructions. As a controller established outside the European Union, SIG SAUER Inc. has designated Know How Solutions s.r.o. , a Czechia Limited Liability Company with offices located at Opletalova 1013/59, Prague, Czech Republic 110 00, as its representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR. 5.2 What personal data do we collect?
When you register your firearm purchase, we collect your first name, surname, email address, telephone number, shipping address, the details of the qualifying firearm you purchased, and your proof of purchase. You provide this information yourself when you complete the registration form on this website.
5.3 Why do we use your data and on what legal basis?
We use your personal data for two separate purposes.
The first purpose is to register your firearm purchase, confirm your eligibility, administer the Promotion, and provide your Flashlight and warranty support. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the Promotion and preventing fraud. Without this information we are not able to complete your registration.
The second purpose applies only if you give your consent. With your consent, we use your contact details to send you news, offers, and information about SIG SAUER products and events. Our legal basis for this purpose is your consent. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of the Promotion or of your warranty.
5.4 Where is your data kept and who has access?
Your personal data is processed and stored within the European Economic Area by our processor in the Czech Republic. We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area. Access is limited to our processor and to our staff who need the data to run the Promotion, and our processor acts only on our documented instructions under a written agreement. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5.5 How long do we keep your data?
We keep the personal data required for registration and warranty support for as long as we provide warranty support for your Flashlight, together with any additional period required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We keep personal data processed for marketing until you withdraw your consent or object, after which we stop using your personal data for marketing and delete or anonymize the relevant records within a reasonable period.
5.6 What are your rights?
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request correction or erasure of your personal data, to request restrictions of or object to our processing, and to request the transfer of your personal data in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your warranty. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 7. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country of residence.
5.7 Your consent
When you register, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions by ticking the required box. This confirmation is necessary to register your firearm purchase and to receive your Flashlight and warranty support. Marketing consent is separate and optional. If you wish to receive news and offers, you tick the separate marketing box. If you do not wish to receive marketing communication, you leave the marketing box empty. We do not tick any box on your behalf.
6. General Provisions
The Flashlight is provided to you personally and is not for resale. Resale of any product or Flashlight received under the Promotion is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse a Flashlight, warranty support, or registration to any person we reasonably believe has resold a product, provided false or misleading information, or breached these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, and to amend these Terms and Conditions, where we have a valid reason for doing so, for example for legal or operational reasons. An amendment does not affect warranty support for a Flashlight already registered.
Our liability under the Promotion is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law. Your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
